Designed to be accessible to actors and other artists looking for private rehearsal space, we make our studio available to rent for groups of 1-4 people.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the annual increase in our studio rent, we have increased our studio rental rates for individual users by $5/hour as of 6/1/2026. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

• A wall length mirror for dance (with curtains to cover it when not in use)

• Self-tape backdrop

• Large ring light

• LED Light Panels

• Chairs and tables

• 30" monitor with HDMI connection

• Bluetooth speaker

• Electronic Keyboard

• Tripod with smartphone holder

• Nearly 1000 square feet of space​
